Thursday rehearsal dinner????? NEED ADVICE!

My FH and I are getting married next June and we found the perfect restaurant at the top of an incline for our rehearsal dinner. They are booked for Friday night and we’re crushed because there’s nowhere else in the area that even comes close. Three of my bridesmaids and 2 of his groomsmen are from out of town but they’re far enough away that they’d have to take Friday off anyway to make it in for a Friday night rehearsal. What do you think I should do? Have it Thursday at the perfect place or Friday somewhere we don’t really like but may be more convenient for some?
